From the owner point of view the system allows a 100% independent management of the reservations.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Simple.
You pay a deposit to us, this is between 15% and 20% of the total price*.
If you cancel or No Show**, we pass this money to him/her as a partial damage refund***.
But: You may still get the money back if the owner decides to be generous.
This is more likely to happen if you told him/her and gave the time to find another guest for those dates.
The sooner you say it, the more likely you get the money back. If you paid with paypal, you get it back immediately, with no cost whatsoever.
We encourage owners to refund as much as they can, and thank them by instructing the system to keep them higher in Search Results when they do so.
